Breastfeeding twins can be a bit of a challenge, but we've worked with many families who have successfully and happily breastfed twins or more! 

The most important thing is to establish a good milk supply, so if there are any initial breastfeeding challenges make sure you get a professional breastpump right away.  Often the stronger twin will help establish the milk for both of them, but if there's any delay, start pumping and it will make life much easier down the road.
