The item I wanted was unavailable...they contacted the manufacturer on my behalf before reaching out, offered a cancellation and suggested I look at some apparel items in the shop. They called me the following day when an item in their clearance bin would be similar to my initial selection. I live in Southeast Michigan & wanted to purchase some Penguins gear as a baby gift for some fans who live out of the country. They were so understanding and swift with their service I was truly blown away when the items arrived two days later. Can't wait to see the new parents faces when I give them their themed merchandise! Pricing was also more reasonable than any NHL site. Thanks again!

A few years ago I was looking for a specific fan themed baby shower gift - when the toy I was seeking was out of stock the mommy & gear team helped me with a similar item - and it exceeded my expectations. The same family welcomed a new little one recently and I decided to follow up with another Pittsburgh team themed gift. This was the perfect toy to complete my gift, something the children and parents will be equally delighted with!
