I'm 5'4", 155lbs post partum, 10-12 prepregnancy and I bought this top in a large. Love it. I like hassle free nursing and this top affords me enough support without having to wear a bra. I wear it with a cropped ballet wrap for extra coverage and warmth on my back, boots and leggings. The top is long enough to cover your bum and flows nicely. Figure flattering for those of us still working on losing the weight and the kangaroo pouch. Additionally, I like to this top (with a sports bra) for ballet class. The top is versatile and supersoft, which makes it a staple.
it's ok, not great

The pros about this top: It's long enough to wear over leggings, it's soft and comfortable. The cons: the top underneath layer is pretty big, so I'm constantly covering up my bra when I'm not nursing. Nursing is a bit of a challenge, I find I usually just pull down both layers, because it's a struggle to try to keep enough of my nipple uncovered for my son to latch on properly. Maybe it's just too big for me, but I got the smallest size available (S).
