While the pillow itself is a godsend, there is nothing to attach the topper to the pillow- one kick of the baby's legs undoes it... You may as well just put a towel down than waste money on shipping. That, or if you have time to sew despite caring for your infant twins (ha!), you can sew on some straps or devise some other way to make it useful.
