The sizing of the items can vary slightly from manufacturer to manufacturer, but here is a general sizing
chart.  We will note if a particular item is running a little bigger or smaller than expected in its

Q What are Mommy Gear's Exchange & Return Policies?
A  We want you to be 100% happy with all your Mommy Gear orders.  If for any reason you are not,
we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days (15 days for Sale Items due to limited
quantities).  We simply ask that clothing has not been worn or washed.  Due to health regulations, you
cannot return personal use items such as breastpumps, breastshells or nursing pads.

Please include your name and sale number and whether you would like to exchange or return the item.

Exchanges--If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us or give us
a call at 1-888-624-GEAR and we'll get the new item on its way to you.  We offer free shipping to send
out a different size nursing bra or clothing item.  We charge a small shipping fee of $4.50 to send out
exchanges on other items.  

Returns--When we receive the item that you would like to return, we will credit your charge card on file.
We will also send you an email letting you know that the credit has been made and giving you a credit
memo number.  The credit will appear on your next card statement.  Shipping charges are not refundable on returns.

Returns received after 30 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Q What is Mommy Gear's Privacy Policy?
A Our privacy policy is simple...we never share or sell your name or information to any other party.  We respect your privacy and we'll keep it that way.

If you sign up for our Sale Mail List, we'll send you special offers and Mommy Gear news from time to time.  You won't receive emails from any other party.  You can update or cancel your email subscription with us at any time.

Q  What are your shipping charges within the United States?
A We strive to send all orders on their way within 24 hours.  We offer three options for shipping:
Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight.  The shipping charges are based on your order total and will be
shown at check-out.  We offer free U.S. ground shipping on orders above $199 and on orders
containing a Medela Pump In Style Breastpump.  Click here to skip to shipping rates.

Ground Shipping--Depending on the size of your package and where you live, ground shipping will
come to you either by U.S. Postal Service or U.P.S. service.  Smaller packages  are generally sent
by First Class or Priority Mail (3-5 days).  Packages over two pounds are usually sent by U.P.S.
(@ 4-5 days).  If you have a preference, please mention it in the comments section at check out.

2nd Day Air Shipping--U.P.S. 2nd Day Air shipping is available on orders received by 10:00 a.m. EST
Monday-Friday.  An email notification will be sent with your U.P.S. tracking number and projected arrival
time.  2nd Day Air Shipping requests received over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

OverNight Delivery--Overnight delivery through the U.S. Post Offices Express Mail Service is available
in the case of emergencies.  Overnight Delivery orders must be received by 10:00 a.m. EST
Monday-Friday.  If you have an extreme emergency requiring Express Mail, please call us at
1-888-624-GEAR to discuss the fastest way to receive your order.

*A shipping surcharge of $8.95 will be charged on returns that exceed a $199 purchase.

Q  Does Mommy Gear ship Internationally?

A Yes, we ship internationally everyday.  Shipments to Canada can usually be sent via AirMail for the same cost as our U.S. Ground shipping rate, unless it is an excessively heavy item.  If so, we'll be in touch with your regarding any additional shipping cost before sending your order.  

Shipments to APO addresses are sent via Priority Mail at our regular ground shipping rates.

Our preferred method of international shipping to other destinations is Global Express Mail.  When we receive an international order, we will weigh the package and send you an email with the shipping cost.  We do not charge an an extra handling charge for international orders.  We will not ship the order until we receive your approval for the shipping cost.  Customs fees levied by the local government/postal system are the customer's responsibility to pay.
