This bra would be good for medium to low impact exercise for nursing women, but not high impact. It does not give nearly the support you would need for that type of activity. PLus, the hook and eye system is very difficult to manage while holding an infant. I ended up returning it because I need something for running.

This is excellent for running! It does take two hands but has been my favorite nursing bra that I've tried. Very soft but supportive.

Love this bra for support. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that the hook and eye on the front almost always require two hands which can be tricky while holding a baby, etc. I like it so much I've bought four of them.
