I just had my second child a month ago, but worked full time and nursed my first for over a year. I used this pump daily and it worked great for me. I am back to using it again and am reminded how much I like it. I love the hands free and also the cordless and see that it is going to be even more useful while chasing around a 2 year old. The cordless is also great for use in the car, which is a plus as we take some good road trips. Once the baby is old enough to hold his own bottle, really makes road trips easier.
I repleaced the connectors as the connector suction wasn't quite as good with all the use. Got these from mommygear.com and had again great customer service and shipping.
Other users had cautioned that the hands free was not very good, but I have not had an issue with it. I have even unloaded the dishwasher (carefully bending over, etc) while pumping without problems.
This pump is well worth the investment and helped keep me nursing longer than I may have if I had to stay stationary while pumping. Great for busy moms.

Unbelievably fast delivery with Global Express Delivery. Ordered on Friday (midnite HK time) and received the pump at 6pm (HK time) on Monday. The pump is incredibly good, allowing me to work infront of the computer while expressing at the same time. The price is a lot cheaper than getting one in HK nor Canada.

Pros: Great product, great price, great customer service, and 2-day shipping! Wish I had bought this sooner and spared myself wasted money and weeks of frustration with other pumps. The pump is simply wonderful. It spares my wrists from manual pumping or holding flanges when they already are tired from always holding baby. I tried a tabletop pump, and hated being tethered to a table/AC outlet, especially when I'm trying to increase my milk supply due to latch problems and am pumping up to 10x/day. With this pump and it's rechargeable battery, I can multi-task: do dishes, do laundry, check on baby, email, and more, and that all adds up to more desperately needed time to sleep. It is also incredibly handy when baby starts crawling. I also like that Medela offers different flange sizes, as I had to size up. Standard size flanges turned out to be painful. The bag it comes with is nice: lots of pockets, simple shape that's not as cumbersome as the other pumps' box-shaped bags. Also like the ice pack and cooler bag it comes with. Love the let-down and memory features.
Cons: Be careful not to lean forward much, like bending over to pick up something you dropped, because milk spills out of some attachments. There are a lot of pieces to clean. I'd also recommend buying a pump bustier over using the nursing bra clips, like the bustier made by Simple Wishes over the Medela Easy Expression bustier - the adjustable velcro is great for when you lose weight, the nipple double slits hold the flanges more securely than holes, and it comes with optional shoulder straps. I sometimes have problems with losing suction and have to keep readjusting with the Easy Expression bustier. Sometimes it does not empty me well, and I need to massage breasts to empty more thoroughly.
Overall, the cons are very minor for the ability to be mobile and multitask and therefore sleep more. Thank you Medela and Mommygear!

This pump is excellent. Very worth every single penny. Definitely one of the more expensive pumps but the quality is unbeatable. Very convenient for at home use and on the go. You are not confined to a couch/chair and are able to do pretty much anything that does not require bending over while pumping! A good tip is to pump while you drive - it does save a lot of time. I previously had an evenflo and it took atleast 45 minutes to complete pumping and with the freestyle I usually go for about 20 minutes. I agree with the other comment - the hands-free attachments that come with the pump seem like a pain - you have to buy a certain type of nursing bra and it just looks like too much trouble. I also prefer the easy expressions bustier. Also, the stimulating let down does wonders. The longer you let it run for at the start of the pump the faster your milk lets down and the faster it flows. Also, I am a milking machine and sometimes get 9 onces per breast so I need to use bottles that can hold that - the pump only comes with (4) 5 ounce bottles. However, any standard bottle will screw into the pump parts :D

I am SO pleased that I bought this pump! I debated about spending the extra money (from the Medela Pump in Style), but it was well worth it! This pump is super easy to use and so convenient to wear around while you do things or move from room to room. It is fabulous for working moms and moms on the go! LOVE the memory feature and the timer makes it even more user-friendly!
A couple of things to be aware of...Medela Pump n Save bags do not fit on the pump part 'neck' easily (but you can pump in bottles and pour into the bags when finished) and the clip on straps are somewhat difficult to master - I prefer the Easy Expression Bustier.
