I was a bit sceptical when purchasing this for the first time. I take a medication which can cause low milk supply and wanted something to help with production. Within 48 hours I went from being able to only pump 1 to 1 1/2 oz per session to pumping 2 to 4 oz per breast! The only drawback is the taste...it is bearable, but very strong.
