The Medela bra is supportive and good for pumping. The openings are small, so the flange is meant to be placed on the breast from the inside. That means this bra does not work with a Baby Buddha pump because the flange piece is a combo and wonâ€™t go from the inside, and the flange itself is too large to fit from the outside in. I wish it came in a bigger size, but for 38J breasts it fits, I just have to keep it zipped and pull it on over my head.

Great product. I ordered a M even though I have a large bust, size 36 H/I. I have a larger bustier but this size keeps cups closer for better suction.

Well constructed, good material. Even though I am an H cup size, the bustier does stay in place and doesnâ€™t more around. Although you have to do it up and pull it over your head for the larger busted as you canâ€™t zip it up when it pulls accross so snugly. Well worth the money. Was amazed at how much of a difference it was from other bustiers I had tried while pumping!
