Sale Majamas Genevieve Nursing Dress--Small Only

Nice dress but too small for me 12/19/2013

I ordered this dress based on others' reviews. First, let me say that I was happy with a FAST delivery. The fabric is soft, the print (I ordered stormy) looks a little livelier on the picture but I still liked it. I thought that with a nice hairdo, jewelry and proper boots this dress looks awesome. It has a very flattering shape for a postpartum body like mine, surprisingly slimming. Unfortunately, it is too small. I'm 5'6 tall and weigh about 130 lbs and the small size was a bit tight around the chest and shoulders area. Sadly, I have to return this dress as they don't have the medium size at the moment.

I love this dress. In fact, I just purchased my second one. After wearing the first one twice a week for 10 months and undergoing dozens of washings, I needed another one. I have it in brown and reordered the same color. The dress is comfortable, holds up very well, and is easy for nursing/pumping. Additionally, the color never faded on my dress. I just needed a new one from where my briefcase rubbed against it caused nubbies. But again, I have been wearing it weekly for the last 10 months.

I bought this in the Stormy print. The fabric is super soft. There was plenty of give so it would be easy to nurse in. I didn't like the print. I agree with the previous reviewer, it was very matronly (maybe the style and print combined). The Azul seems much more spring like but was sold out in my size. I ended up buying the Majamas Spiral Nursing Dress in black, so I decided to not bother exchanging this for chocolate brown or black because I didn't need 2 dark colored nursing dresses.

The pattern on the fabric of this dress looks like it was faded in the sun. It is VERY matronly. My husband didn't like it either.

This dress is super cute! I have it in black as well as the Azul print. It's nice and soft, flattering to my new post-pregnancy body, and will get me from the office to special events. Real easy to nurse in, and nobody can tell it's a nursing dress. I'm sure I'll wear it long after my son is done nursing. Love it!

This is my absolute favorite dress. It is extremely comfortable. I like that it is flattering and modest. Majamas fabric is the best!
