As a large chested woman, especially when breastfeeding, I have always had a problem with bra straps cutting into my shoulders, causing increased stress on my back. These really distribute the weight and ease the pain on my body! Great purchase! I do agree that they can be irritating to the skin. I have that problem initially but once I've worn them for a few weeks, they soften up a bit.

They work great. The only problem I had was that they irritated my skin a little. I have relatively sensitive skin so it may not be a problem for other people.
