    I purchased both the simple wishes hands free pumping bustier and the medela counter part. For me, simple wishes is simply better- the fit is adjustable, the fabric thicker and more comfortable, and it holds the breast shields and bottles in place better. I am large breasted (38-40 J) so neither option would work in place of a bra for me but Simple Wishes does give a (tiny) bit of support unlike the medela option.
