They are a little bulky...only work well with an actual BRA with underwire/cups....otherwise they stick out under clothes. so much better than disposables! I got 2- 10 packs, and could have gotten by with less because I don't have to change my pads several times a day to keep dry (unlike the disposable pads). They're super absorbent, super breathable, less environmental waste, but my favorite part: **they're so comfortable!** I havn't had trouble with them showing outside of my clothes beacause they mold easily to my natural shape, and they don't leave lint behind for baby. Best thing ever, I highly recommend them!
