I love this and so do my 2 children. I have a 2 year old son and a 5 month old daughter. I can put one in and then switch and put the other one in without much trouble or readjusting. It is a little hard to use in the back position or it could be that I am not used to putting a baby in that position.

I bought mine before MG started stocking them, because I couldn't wait. My doctor told me to stop carrying my baby around because he's so big, I was having neck and back problems. I bit the bullet and went with the Performance ERGObaby because it's so lightweight. I LOVE this carrier. Used it first as a front-carry, and my son liked it much better than the moby. Now he's 10 months, and we've been using it as a back-carrier. I can wear him all the way through a grocery trip, or up and down our 2 flights of stairs for a full day of laundry, and no back pain! (There is a bit of an issue with him pulling my hair, but that's just my son...) I haven't tried the hip carry yet, but I'm eager to give it a try. Getting the baby into the back carry position takes a little practice (or another adult), but this has totally saved my back! And, it is very adjustable, so my husband (almost a foot taller than I am) can use it when we go hiking. The sleeping hood is really great too--and they sell separately (stock the accessories, MG!) an all-weather hood that works great for cold or rainy weather.
